What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in SGD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 day please email us at support@sunandyoung.com

Refund policy We guarantee a full refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving. Shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable but product fees are fully refundable. As much as we'd like to, we're unequipped to refund orders that are made incorrectly if your order have already been shipped out. Refund processed on any given day may take 5 - 10 working days to be credited back to your original payment method. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email support@sunandyoung.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
